OSTEOPATHY
Integrated care for enhanced wellbeing
Osteopathy is a holistic and patient-centered approach to health care. Our skilled osteopaths are manual therapists who are experts in diagnosing and treating a range of conditions, offering personalised care that extends beyond the symptoms to address the root causes of discomfort.
They use a range of techniques, including hands-on joint mobilisation and manipulation, stretching/muscle energy technique, taping, dry needling and soft tissue massage that is optimised for every patient.

ACUPUNCTURE
What's the point?
Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years as part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and scientific trials around the world have found it to be safe and supportive for a wide range of symptoms and conditions.
Our highly trained acupuncturists meticulously stimulate specific points on your body with ultra-fine needles to harmonise your energy flow and promote natural healing.
So, unlock your wellness — one point at a time — using acupuncture as a standalone treatment or as part of your broader wellness plan at GO2 Health.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Science and action for optimal health
Physiotherapists are your personal body experts, skilfully diagnosing and treating physical conditions that limit your body's ability to move and function in daily life. They can help you to regain and maintain your strength and flexibility.
This is particularly important for your pelvis too. Pelvic health physiotherapists focus on the pelvic floor muscles that support your uterus, bladder and bowel and use specific exercises, manual therapies and education to support these very important functions.
