NUTRITION & DIETETICS
Fuel for life
Did you know that your nutritional needs when you’re trying to conceive will be different to what you need during pregnancy and different again during postpartum? Let’s be honest, balancing kids and nutrition can be a tough gig, so this is where a registered dietician can help you out.
They will provide personalised recommendations that consider your specific needs, lifestyle, health goals and any medical conditions you may have. Using this information, you’ll receive customised meal plans just for you, to address any dietary restrictions while helping to support your weight.

PHYSIOTHERAPY
Science and action for optimal health
Physiotherapists are your personal body experts, skilfully diagnosing and treating physical conditions that limit your body's ability to move and function from preconception to postpartum. They can also help you to maintain your strength and flexibility.
This is particularly important for your pelvis too. Pelvic health physiotherapists focus on the pelvic floor muscles that support your uterus, bladder and bowel and use specific exercises, manual therapies and education to support these very important functions before and after birth.
